Return & Exchange Policies


We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know.

As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Nivedita Saboo Couture Couture does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack not on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:

1. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or is defective.

2. If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specification that has been agreed upon by the Nivedita team and is not adhering to the information or commitment given by and to the client.

3. If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Nivedita  Couture Store has not notified you of the same, within 1 week before the date of delivery.

In all the above scenarios, the client must notify about the issue over a call or Whatsapp during business hours but most  importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgement of the same from, you may send the outfit back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible for receiving products sent without prior intimation. Once the garment is received by Nivedita  Couture Store, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the outfit please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its price tag and original packaging.

The decision will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same.

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of credit notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at and any of the flagship stores across Pune and Mumbai.

List of non-returnable products include but are not limited to- custom made products; altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you; products that are purchased in any sale/promotion and/or products which were
identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.

The return shipping charge will have to be paid by the customer.


1. All credit notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.

2. No returns or exchanges are allowed on discounted outfits.

3. All returns or exchanges are allowed for Nivedita Saboo Couture outfits bought from our own website and flagship stores only.

With our embossing service, make your piece unique by adding the initials of your choice to select garments.
